Company:
The Joyful Learning Center is located in the West Bedford community of Halifax. We work hard to create a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment for children on their journey of discovery and exploration. Our students come from all over the world, and our curriculum covers a wide range of fields, from art creation to technological exploration, including art, robotics, mathematics, English, chess, etc., to help children find their interests and passions in a diverse environment. Here, we also have a variety of summer camps and day camps where children can not only gain knowledge and improve their artistic literacy, but also make friends from all over the world and from different cultural backgrounds, enhancing their social and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Plan, develop and implement art and art history curriculum to meet learning goals
• Deliver lectures to students on art, art techniques, art history and aesthetics
• Give drawing and painting demonstrations to students to teach them art techniques
• Instruct students in working with different drawing, painting, and colouring techniques
Skills
• Fine Art or Design college degree
• Good communication and organization skills
• Good hands-on ability and creative
• Love to play with children
