Description
CKDU 88.1 FM celebrates 40 years on-air February 1, 2025, and are looking for a t-shirt design to release as a limited series for their 40th anniversary!

CKDU is Kjipuktuk’s only campus-community radio station broadcasting from Dalhousie University 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Do you think you have what it takes to create their 40th anniversary t-shirt design!?

If so–

Submit designs via email to operations@ckdu.ca no later than January 5th, 2025.

The selected designer will receive $200 for the use of their design.

Other Information
Designs should include:
-station name and dial “CKDU 88.1 FM”
-years on air (since 1985) “40 years on air”
-location “Kjipuktuk Mi’kma’ki”
-No more than 3 print colours (+ t-shirt colour as negative space)

(wording changes are ok if key elements are included)

Any style or imagery welcome! Ideas for imagery inspiration include radio, vintage, record/tape players, microphones, headphones, locally known structures/landscapes– but please be your creative selves!
