Description
RE/MAX NOVA invites applications for a dynamic Marketing and Design Intern
position. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and
possesses a flair for creativity. As a key player in our marketing team, you will have
the opportunity to contribute to various projects, ensuring our brand's message is
consistent and engaging across all platforms.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a
supportive and innovative environment. You will develop a comprehensive
understanding of marketing and design within the real estate sector, enhancing your
skills and contributing to meaningful projects.



Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to execute marketing initiatives.
- Craft and curate captivating content for social media, aimed at enhancing
engagement with our agents and the wider brokerage community.
- Design innovative print materials that reflect the high standards and ethos of
the RE/MAX NOVA brand.
- Utilize your photo editing skills to refine and enhance visual content. A
proficiency in video editing will be considered an added advantage, providing
broader scope for content creation.
- Adhere to and apply the RE/MAX brand guidelines meticulously across all
marketing outputs to maintain brand integrity and consistency.

Skills
- A strong grasp of social media trends and analytics, with the ability to adapt
strategies for maximum engagement.
- Proficient in graphic design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and
Canva, demonstrating a versatile skill set in both digital and print media.
- A creative mindset with an eye for design, layout, and detail, ensuring all
marketing materials are visually appealing and on-brand.
