Entrepreneurially-minded grads want to excel at dynamic startups. Growing startups want
energized contributors ready to hit the ground running. Now there's a program that connects you.
Venture for Canada’s Fellowship program offers recent post-secondary graduates an amazing
opportunity to jump into the world of entrepreneurship. Through job search support and dynamic
training, you’ll develop the entrepreneurial skills you need in order to thrive at a startup, or even
build a business in the long term.

As a VFC Fellow, you will:
? Find a full-time job in the startup world.
Finding full-time work is at the top of your list, and that’s why we make it easy for you to
connect with hiring startups through our online Job Board and virtual networking events.
You'll be connected to small, high-growth startups from across Canada and hired into
your first new-grad job. Don’t worry, you’ll get job search training, one-on-one coaching
and more!
? Gain access to one year of VFC’s exclusive entrepreneurial training.
We know what startups want in their employees, and our network of entrepreneurs have
taught us a thing or two about the skills you need to be an entrepreneur, innovator or
hustler. Our entrepreneurial skill-building training is designed so that you develop the
tools that you’ll need to succeed in your startup role.
? Meet friends, roommates, future business partners, oh my!
Imagine a community of young, entrepreneurial people across Canada that are there to
support you, share experiences and lay the foundation of your professional network.
What you're picturing is our #VFCCommunity ; home to hundreds of diverse, curious, and
innovative people who are passionate about entrepreneurship and making an impact, just
like you.

? Graduate(d) between Fall 2018 and Spring 2021.
? Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma from a Canadian Post-Secondary OR be a
Canadian who has studied abroad.
? Legally eligible to work in Canada.
? Be available to begin searching for work as soon as you are accepted to the program.
