Description
Real Estate Professional looking to hire a Full-Time Marketing & Administrative Assistant (40 hours per week). The ideal candidate must be professional & efficient with a strong administrative background and a solid understanding of digital marketing. This individual must be able to manage administrative operations both individually and in a team environment, which include but are not limited to the following:


Responsibilities
    MARKETING • Manage all social media platforms for digital/brand marketing purposes. Must be comfortable posting about listing-specific & generic content consistently, with little direction. Solid knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, GOOGLE, Facebook & LinkedIn is an absolute must! • Prepare & design all marketing materials for: social media, unaddressed mailing distributions, newsletter/e-newsletters campaigns, property brochures, etc. ADMINISTRATION: ? Prepare & process real estate transactions, including: P&S agreements, amendments, price reductions, listing extensions/cancellations ? Monitor strict transactions deadlines by following-up with all necessary parties to obtain & submit all time-sensitive documents ? Ensure all files meet compliance standards ? Coordinate all scheduling, such as: listing photos, staging appointments, home inspections, signage, listing appointments, etc. ? Maintain client database & transaction management system ? Manage all listing inputs in Multiple Listing Services (MLS) ? Compilation of regular reports ? Regularly communicate with clients, lawyers, mortgage lenders and Inspectors ? Coordinate all necessary requirements for client & agent open houses ? May be required to run personal errands on occasion (
  1. Mileage will be compensated) ? Other administrative tasks as needed


Skills
Skills/Competencies:
? Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and creative/design software (i.e. Canva, InDesign) and web based platforms
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
? Multi-tasking & planning skills with the ability to function effectively with minimal direction
? Ability to work as a part of a team
? Ability to determine priorities & balance tasks accordingly
? Strong written & verbal communication skills
? Strong service orientation with attention to detail. Can make decisions within established criteria and known processes
? High level of professionalism & ability to possess a professional appearance at all times
? Must have a laptop
? Be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is always evolving.
? Work on tight deadlines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
? Minimum two (2) years experience of providing administrative support to multiple teams of professionals
? Knowledge of digital/brand marketing in a professional environment is required
? Previous experience in a real estate environment is considered an asset, but not required
